Summer Fruit & Raspberry Balsamic Yogurt Cup
3 cups low fat or 2% Greek yogurt
¼ cup Seasons Raspberry Balsamic
2 Tbsp Wild Lavender Honey (available at Seasons Taproom)
1 peach, sliced into segments
1 plum, sliced into segments
1 cup raspberries
1/2 Cup granola
1/4 Cup slivered almonds
Whisk the yogurt and honey together until well incorporated. Divide the yogurt-honey mixture equally into serving bowls or cups then top each with a few raspberries, peach and plumb slices. Spoon some granola and a sprinkle of almonds over the yogurt.
Top with a drizzle of Seasons Raspberry Balsamic (about 1 Tbsp) and serve immediately.
