Rooibos Iced Tea with Pink Grapefruit Shrub
½ cup Seasons Rooibos decorated tea leaves [Available at Seasons]
1 jar Bee Raw Orange Blossom Honey [Available at Seasons]
1 bottle Seasons Grapefruit Rose Balsamic (375ml)
2 quarts seltzer (optional)
2 fresh grapefruit
Bring 1 gallon of water to a boil. Add tea to water and steep for 7 minutes. Strain tea and stir in honey and balsamic. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, add 2 quarts of water or seltzer. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh grapefruit slices.
