Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, Roasted Walnut Oil & Red Apple Balsamic
Serves 4 | Prep Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:
1 pound brussels sprouts, cut in half
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Seasons Roasted Walnut Oil
3 tablespoons Seasons Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
5 slices smoked bacon diced
Seasons Roasted Garlic Salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to F 375 degrees. Cut off the ends of the brussels sprouts. Cut brussels sprouts in half. Place sprouts, bacon and garlic in a medium bowl, toss with Seasons Roasted Walnut Oil.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Place sprouts, bacon and garlic on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Make sure you stir them a couple of times while they are roasting. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and finish with Seasons Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar. Serve immediately.
