Mexican Salsa Fresca
2 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped (11⁄2 cups)
1 small white onion, finely diced (2/3 cup)
1 jalapeno, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp Seasons Green Chili Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Seasons Serrano Honey Vinegar
Seasons Roasted Garlic Fused Premium Salt, to taste
ground pepper to taste
1⁄2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, white onion, jalapeno, garlic, fresh lime juice, Seasons Green Chili Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Seasons Serrano Honey Vinegar, salt and ground pepper and stir to combine.
Let sit for at least 15 minutes (or up to 4 hours, covered). Stir in cilantro leaves just before serving.
