Mexican Salsa Fresca
￼￼￼2 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped (11⁄2 cups) 1 small 1 small white onion, finely diced (2/3 cup)
1 jalapeno, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp Seasons Green Chili Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Seasons Serrano Honey Vinegar
1⁄2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves,
Seasons roasted garlic salt to taste
Pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, white onion, jalapeno, garlic, and fresh lime juice and Seasons Green Chili Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Seasons Serrano Honey Vinegar with roasted garlic salt and ground pepper and stir to combine. Let sit for at least 15 minutes (or up to 4 hours, covered). Stir in cilantro leaves just before serving.
Serve this fresh salsa as a topping for tortilla chips or as a condiment for grilled steak, grilled chicken or shrimp. It is also a great topping for tacos.
