Memphis Smoke Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins, about 1 lb. each
2 Tbsp Seasons Memphis Smoke Seasoning
2 Tbsp Fleur de Sel Premium Salt
4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup Seasons Mesquite Hickory Smoke Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place the whole pork tenderloins in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the Seasons Memphis Smoke Seasoning and Fleur de Sel. Combine the mixed spices, minced garlic, and Mesquite Hickory Smoke EVOO; massage into pork until it is evenly and thoroughly coated. Refrigerate and marinate for at least two hours, or up to 24 hours. When grilling, cook each tenderloin for about four to six minutes per side, until cooked to desired temperature. Let rest off of the heat for ten minutes before slicing.
