Marinated Goat Cheese with Lemon Agrumato Olive Oil
10 oz. goat cheese, cut into ½ inch pieces
1 ½ cups Seasons Lemon Agrumato Olive Oil
½ Tbs Seasons Pepe e Aglio Seasoning
½ Tbs parsley, finely chopped
½ Tbs chili flakes
Sprigs of fresh thyme, rosemary, oregano to garnish
Lemon zest, optional
Combine Lemon Agrumato, Pepe e Aglio, chopped parsley, chili flakes, fresh herbs and mix well.
Pour the oil mixture over the goat cheese and let marinate for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
Serve at room temperature with toasted baguette or crackers.
