HARISSA GRILLED CHICKEN

HARISSA GRILLED CHICKEN
Serves 4

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup Harissa Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp Seasons Alderwood salt
2 limes, juice
2 Tbsp Seasons Moroccan Seasoning 2 lb. chicken breast, bone in

Combine the first four ingredients in a blender. Place the chicken in a ziplock bag, add marinade, and leave it in the refrigerator over night.
Turn grill on at medium high temperature. While the grill is warming up, take chicken out of ziplock bag let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. Season chicken breast with Seasons Moroccan Seasoning. Grill chicken on both sides until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
Serve with a refreshing cucumber salad or tabouleh.
