Grilled Portobello Mushrooms & Cayenne Fused Olive Oil
Serves 4 | Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:


4 large portobello mushrooms

2 garlic cloves thinly sliced

8 tablespoons Seasons Cayenne Chili Olive Oil
Seasons Roasted garlic sea salt (to taste)

Directions:
Clean mushrooms, place caps on a plate with the gills up.
Pour 2 table spoons of Chili oil and garlic slices evenly over the mushroom caps with gills up, add roasted garlic salt to taste.
Grill over hot grill for 7 minutes. Serve immediately.
