Goat Cheese, Strawberry & Lavender Balsamic Crostini
1 cup strawberries sliced
6 inches thin baguette slices (1/2 inch)
6 ounces soft goat cheese
4 Tablespoons Seasons Lavander Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tablespoon Alfalfa sprout to garnish
Cut baguette in 1/2 inch diagonal slice. Toast baguette slices in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes or until golden. Cool.
Hull and wash strawberries. Slice each strawberry into several thin slices. Spread goat cheese about 1 tablespoon onto each baguette slice. Place strawberries on bread fanning strawberry over cheese.
Finish with 1 teaspoon of Seasons Lavender Balsamic
Optional: garnish with alfalfa sprouts
