Fresh Figs With Blue Cheese & Honey
Seasons Fig Balsamic
Wild Lavender honey (available at Seasons Taproom)
Seasons Fleur de Sel (French Sea Salt), to taste
Seasons Pepe e Aglio to taste (black pepper blend), to taste
8 oz fresh figs or 10 -12 fresh figs
1⁄4 lb blue cheese, your favorite
Fresh Thyme leave
Cut each fig into quarters and place on a serving plate.
Drizzle the figs with some honey and fig balsamic.
Crumble the blue cheese over the figs. Sprinkle with some Fleur de Sel, pepe e aglio and thyme. Serve with your favorite drinks.
