Carrot Ginger Japanese Dressing
Serves 2

Ingredients

1 medium carrot, coarsely chopped
1 Tbs fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
¼ cup Seasons Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbs Seasons Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp white miso paste
1 tsp Seasons Toasted Sesame Oil
Seasons Roasted Garlic Fused Premium Salt, to taste
Seasons Pepe e Aglio, to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate leftover dressing up to 1 week
