Black Cherry Watercress & Burrata Salad
5 oz Frozen Black Cherries, whole or halved
8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
8 oz burrata, torn into bite-sized pieces
4 cups watercress or baby arugula
For the dressing
4 Tbsp. Family Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tsp. Beaufor Extra Strong Dijon Mustard (available at Seasons Taproom)
Seasons Pepe e Aglio (black pepper blend), to taste
Seasons Fleur de Sel (French sea salt), to taste
In a large bowl, toss together the black cherries, tomatoes, burrata and watercress (or baby arugula).
In a small bowl, whisk together the Family Reserve EVOO, Black Cherry balsamic vinegar and mustard. Season the vinaigrette to taste with salt and black pepper blend.
Toss the salad with the dressing and serve with grilled rustic bread.
