Avocado and Mango salad with Coconut Balsamic
Serves 4 | Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

2 Avocados, diced

2 Mangos, diced

1 Shallot, cut lengthwise

2 tablespoons Seasons Persian lime infused oil

2 Tablespoons Seasons Coconut balsamic vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Seasons Black Hawaiian salt

1 teaspoon Cilantro, chopped ( Optional)
Place avocados, mangos and shallot in a salad bowl. Whisk persian lime infused oil, coconut balsamic vinegar and cilantro, add to salad. Finish salad with black Hawaiian salt
