Balsamico Bianco-White Balsamic

We taste and hand-select the best quality Pinot Grigio grape must to make this unflavored white balsamic vinegar. The brightness and structure of the grape must is perfectly balanced with high quality, Pinot Grigio wine vinegar to bring the wine aromas through the must. Use Balsamico Bianco to brighten and sweeten butter-based sauces or to provide an unobtrusive and “untinted” foundation for delicate vinaigrettes.

The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness. Extremely adaptable, it can be used with any E.V.O.O., as well as with our flavored oils.

This is a tart Balsamic Vinegar with a residual grape flavor and 5% acidity.

Combine with Basil or Garlic oil for a great marinade for vegetables and seafood.

Combine with Basil oil and drizzle over fresh pasta, then add chopped fresh tomatoes and freshly grated Asiago cheese

Combine with Meyer Lemon EVOO for roasting asparagus or drizzling on steamed vegetables

Combine with any EVOO for a light and bright salad dressing or drizzle on sliced tomatoes
