Spaghetti Al Nero Di Seppia
This spaghetti is made with squid ink, giving it a rich black color and a slightly salty taste. Pairs perfectly with any shellfish.
Best served with a spicy fish sauce. Also wonderful with any premium extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chopped parsley and grated Castelrosso cheese.
