Fig cake, or Pan de Higo, is an Andalusian specialty and a traditional way to preserve figs for the cold winter months.  Artisan-made, using only the highest quality ingredients, our fig cake uses a traditional recipe, gluten-free and without any preservatives or artificial ingredients. Sweet figs and slightly floral Marcona almonds are pressed into a cake and sliced and served with a Spanish cheese like manchego. The pairing is heavenly—a perfect addition to your cheese platters. Use it in salads or for some quick energy before you go biking or running!
