This year’s Family Reserve is made from Picual olives at Soraya Aguilar’s family estate in southern Spain.
This early November oil was crushed very early, with 8% yields and milled at 15 celsius. This oil is world class, exhibiting notes of green apple, green almond, avocado and minimal bitterness. Clean and light in the mouth, you will be amazed by this most perfect oil. High polyphenol counts keep things healthy while enhancing a slight, quick peppery finish.
