This is a typical, very complex, early harvest, robust Coratina olive oil. It has strong fruity flavors of multiple spicy herbs with cinnamon, mint, and black pepper dominating. The balance is nice with intense pungency and fruitiness to go along with the medium bitterness.

Recommended Use: 

While this Chilean Coratina pairs very well with seafood, vegetables, and greens, we are just as happy to enjoy it drizzled over pasta salad. Pair with Seasons Traditional Balsamic to make the perfect vinaigrette!
