This early-harvest, green oil from Chile is very fresh with strong spicy fruitiness, bitterness, and well-balanced pungency. It has very few ripe fruit characteristics, but many complex green flavors of artichoke, green banana, mint, and a strong, spicy, black pepper finish.

Recommended Use: 

This Chilean Arbosana pairs very well with poultry, vegetables, and greens. Pair with Seasons White Balsamic to make the most refreshing vinaigrette! This Arbosana will enhance any dish.
