Our 2018 Barnea, melds herbaceous, green apple, green banana, and black pepper flavors, with a strong, lingering mint and cinnamon aftertaste for an oil that is well-balanced with a full-bodied mouthfeel.

Recommended Use

The complex balance of mellow and green fruit flavors make this olive oil ideal for roasting eggplants, adding to warm lentil and bulgur salads, dressing chopped salads, or pairing with Seasons Smoked Paprika as the perfect finish for hummus.
