Early Crush Arbequina
Extra virgin olive oil from Chile this is a fantastic Arbequina that was harvested early to capture the peppery, green, herbal, and grassy flavors of the variety. It has a nice balance of ripe fruit too with some nutty, buttery, and floral characteristics – accentuated by ripe apple flavor. Great balance, complexity, and freshness.
Bright and healthy at 305 polyphenols. A quick and delicate peppery finish adds perfect balance and harmony to this mild intensity olive oil. The fruitiness sensory indicator measures a 6 out of 10. A staff and customer favorite, freshly pressed in May of 2017.
