Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil
Herbes de Provence are used to flavor grilled foods such as fish and meat, as well as vegetable stews. Our oil contains natural vegetable extracts of savory, basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, oregano and lavender leaves.
This oil can be added to foods before or during cooking or mixed with cooking oil prior to cooking so as to infuse the flavor into the cooked food. They are rarely added after cooking is complete but in this our case, this infused olive oil lends itself well for finishing rotisserie chicken, french cuisine, vegetables and stews.
