Aji Verde Agrumato Olive Oil


Similar, but slightly milder than Jalapeño peppers, Chilean Aji Verde peppers (also known as Aji Cristal) are crushed with freshly harvested Koroneiki olives to make one of our most delicious agrumato extra virgin olive oils. While it is flavorful and highly aromatic, it is its fresh heat and crisp taste that will linger. Bursting with wonderfully bright green chili warmth, our Aji Verde Agrumato EVOO is ideal in many applications.
