Learn how to prepare tasty seasonal vinaigrettes and marinades that will impress your guests and family. Learn basic tips and tricks, interesting infused oil and vinegar combinations, and enticing accompaniments from chef Natalie Biondi.
Natalie is a trained chef and studied at the International Culinary Institute in New York City and ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Parma, Italy. Natalie completed her externship at Guido Restaurant located in Piedmont, Italy.
Participants will have an opportunity to taste the recipes and will be provided with recipes to take home. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and 15% off all purchases during the event. Sunday is free parking downtown Bethlehem and downtown public garages.
