Chef Natalie Biondi will demonstrate three unique pasta dishes.

Natalie is a trained chef and studied at the International Culinary Institute in New York City and ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Parma, Italy. Natalie completed her internship at Guido Restaurant located in Piedmont, Italy.
Learn what makes fresh pasta different from dry pasta and how to properly prepare each variety. Explore how to perfectly pair different varieties of stuffed pastas with an interesting sauce and/or condiment.
After class, take home recipes to recreate our favorite pasta dishes.
