Chef Natalie Biondi creates three unique yet easy-to-prepare pasta dishes. Learn what makes fresh pasta different from dry pasta and how to properly prepare each variety. Explore the characteristics of flour and the specific use in the pasta making process. Learn how to perfectly pair different varieties of stuffed pastas with an interesting sauce and/or condiment. Pair a variety of fresh extra virgin olive oils with each pasta dish. After class, take home recipes to recreate our favorite pasta dishes.
