Our citrus fused olive oils feature whole fruit, such as lemons, limes or blood oranges, simultaneously crushed with olive producing a highly fruity, natural flavor that is second to none.  Each of these Tunisian oils are pressed with chemlali olives, producing a soft and unctuous base allowing for all of the aromatic characteristics of each citrus fruit to shine through.

The cayenne and baklouti pepper fused olive oils are made by crushing whole peppers with chemlali olives simultaneously, producing unique, small batch pepper fused olive oils that are unmatched in terms of texture, flavor and quality.
